Im extremely thankful to the Irish Foreign Affairs office and Brian Larkin of the Greenore Maratime association who invited me to a reception aboard the Irish Naval vessel the LE Roisin on Saturday night as part of the festivities to mark the centennial of the Connemara / Retriever disaster which took place in Carlingford Lough.
